Snare
In your band the snare is the heart and soul. It keeps our tempo and the lead snare is usually the section leader.

Quads/Quints
They're heavy...they're multi-pitched...they're the Quads/Quints (depending on what your play). These are the coolest. I've been meaning to learn them cause they're just too cool to listen to! |

Bass Line
My 2 best friends are big dumb bass drums! They both play d5..aka the biggest one. I donno how they do it! Well, Brian is huge but poor little Davey is tiny! |

Cymbols

Mallets
All my favorite pit kids play mallets. Its so intreging to watch them. |

Auxzillery Percussion (which by the way I spelled wrong)
My dad made this cool thing called the cage (otherwise known as the nice rack). It was a metal frame with bongos, a snare, and other percussion peices attached to it so i can all be hauled at once. But let me tell you, its hard to get through doors!

Best Drum Lines Ever Seen!
I've seen alot of great drum lines in my time but my local favorite is my friend Davey's band St. Charles West. I love their show every year. Espically my freshmen! My out of towner favorite is Tulsa Union which I almost went to cause I thought we were moving. They're just a total spectical to watch! If you've never seen them then I suggest you do! |
